About
I help women in perimenopause stop feeling dismissed and start feeling like themselves again. This is the work I was meant to do — and here's how I found my way to it.
My story
For the past decade, I've practiced functional medicine with women — focused on fertility, hormones, and the perimenopause years. The twenty years of chiropractic care that came before taught me the principle that's stayed at the heart of everything I do: when the body has the right foundations, it works the way it's meant to.
That conviction carried me through years of fertility and preconception work after my twins were born, and through having four kids of my own.
What I didn't expect was that the same belief would have to come back and save me.
A few years after I weaned my fourth, my body fell apart. The fatigue was so bad I'd lie down at noon just to convince myself I could make it through school pickup. Weight came on the way it never had before. There was a body anxiety underneath everything I couldn't shake. And then the scary one — allergic responses, my throat closing, MCAS reactions every time my hormones shifted.
Every practitioner I went to said the same three things. It's stress. Your labs are normal. Keep an eye on it.
So I did what I'd been teaching my patients to do for two decades. I went to the root. I studied my way through everything the conventional model wasn't looking at — hormones, nervous system, metabolism, gut, mast cells. And I rebuilt my own body from the foundations up. The framework that came out of that work is what I now call The Restore Method™ — and it's the same path I walk with every woman who finds me.
This is the work I was meant to do. I just didn't know I'd have to walk it myself first.

Outside the practice
Home is Colorado, and most days you'll find me outside — on a trail with my kids, hiking, walking, or chasing whatever adventure they've roped us into. The beach when we can get there. The yoga mat, a workout, sometimes singing. Taking care of my body has stopped being a chore I cross off a list — it's just how I live now.
The thread underneath all of it is community. The women I work with, the women I learn from, the women I get to inspire — they're the reason this work feels like the right shape for me. I'm not asking my clients to do anything I'm not doing in my own life. That's the whole point.
